1. Product delivery
We aim to deliver within 10-30 working days by ordinary post and within 8-9 working days by express post (if the item is in stock). The price of delivery depends on the weight of the product (by ordinary post) and on the type of the country (by express post). Please supply your full postal address for delivery.
2. Your order
We will do our best to fulfil your order. Our delivery dates are only estimates. An email receipt will be sent to you confirming your order. You must keep this e-mail receipt as proof of purchase or to return any items. Your purchase will also be confirmed online and users are recommended printing a copy for their records.
3. Payment
We are committed to protecting your privacy and to ensure your online transaction is secure.
All credit/charge card payments are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment is not authorised, we will cancel your order (and notify you that we have done so). The goods remain our property until you have paid for them.
Payment is done only through PayPal. With PayPal, you have an online account that makes it easy to send instant payments from a variety of sources (like your credit card or your bank account number) – without sharing your financial information.
4. Returns
Once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled while being processed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days from the date of purchase in which to return the product for a full refund.
Return the item to us in its original condition within 28 days from the date of purchase, along with your email confirmation and an accompanying letter with contact details – phone number and home address and email.
The package should be securely wrapped and sent to the address you can find on the web-site. For further questions please email our customer service.
Once we have received the returned item, we will refund your purchase.
We will not be responsible for any damage or loss in transit and recommend that you use insured post.
5. Damaged goods
You may also return an item after purchase if it is faulty or damaged.
The item should be returned to us within 20 days from the date of purchase, along with your email confirmation and an accompanying letter with contact details – phone number and home address and email.
Please state in the accompanying letter that you are returning the item as damaged goods or if it was sent in error. If your souvenir or any other product was damaged and you do not say, we will presume it was damaged on the return journey and not issue a refund.
In the case of a damaged item or the wrong item being sent, please also state whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

We will also refund your return postage costs for a damaged item. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss in transit and recommend that you use an insured service. Please enclose proof of postage with your returned items. We cannot refund your post and packing if you do not give your full name and address.
6. General
We do not make any representation or give any warranty or undertaking as to the quality of the goods, their correspondence with description or fitness for purpose, or that the goods are not defamatory, injurious, obscene or unlawful, or that any trade marks or copyright used on or in connection with the goods do not infringe any intellectual property rights not owned by us.
As far as is permitted by law, all implied warranties, conditions or other terms are hereby excluded. We shall not in any circumstances be liable for any special, indirect, consequential or economic loss (including but not limited to loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings) howsoever caused.
We reserve the right to terminate any contract formed under these terms and conditions immediately by written notice and to take action to recover damages suffered by us if you breach any of these provisions.
